We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel! The location in a quiet neighborhood provided us with the most excellent view of the stunning castle. The service was top-notch, with amenities like laundry and shuttle services available for our convenience. The room was incredibly comfortable, with ironing facilities and a cozy sitting area. We also enjoyed the terrace and dining table, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a meal with the beautiful garden view.

We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We stayed in a cozy apartment close to the city center but far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet. Our room had tasteful decor and a stunning view of the castle. the personnel was professional, friendly, and helpful, providing us with great tips to explore the area. we enjoyed a delicious fresh breakfast every day which gave us energy for our daily adventures.

There was a lack of instructions for some of the amenities provided.

We loved the central location, with everything close by and easy to reach. The hotel facilities were clean and spacious, including the parking area. The staff was friendly, professional, and provided excellent tips on places to visit. The breakfast was okay, with various options.

Nothing to dislike.

The xmas decoration was very festive and we enjoyed the comfortable bed and clean room. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center and with a beautiful view of the nearby castle. We also appreciated the delicious breakfast that was offered every morning.

We were charged extra for things like changing towels and using the Jacuzzi function in the bathtub. the parking situation was challenging and the room was not well soundproofed, so we could often hear noise from other guests.

The proximity to restaurants and shopping was great, as well as the fact that the hotel was located near key tourist attractions. The Christmas decorations gave the hotel a cozy feel, and the staff was friendly.

The cleaning fee was a surprise and we received no response when we attempted to resolve the issue via email. The lack of transparency left a bad taste in our mouths and overshadowed the positive aspects of our stay.
